Abstract [sv]

Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka om tillgängligheten via den smartamobiltelefonen påverkar studenters sömnkvalité och generella hälsa. Vi gjorde enenkätundersökning på Örebro universitet. Det var 210 studenter som deltog i studien, varav38 % män och 62 % kvinnor. Vår första hypotes var att om studenter är tillgängliga via densmarta mobiltelefonen innan sömn har det en negativ inverkan på deras sömnkvalité.Resultaten visade att hypotesen stämde för män. Vår andra hypotes var att studenternasgenerella hälsa påverkas negativt om de är konstant tillgängliga via mobiltelefonen.Resultaten visade att hypotesen stämde för kvinnor. Sammanfattningsvis så visar studien attmobiltelefonen påverkar oss människor. Det behöver göras mer forskning för att förstå deninverkan mobiltelefonen har på oss människor.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the availability via the mobile phoneaffected students' sleep quality and general health. We conducted a survey at ÖrebroUniversity. It was 210 students who participated in the study, 38 % of them were men and62 % were women. Our first hypothesis was that if students are available via the smartphonebefore sleep it has a negative impact on their sleep quality. The results showed that thishypothesis is true for men. Our second hypothesis was that students' general health isadversely affected if they are available via the mobile phone. The result shows that thishypothesis is true for women. There needs to be more research done to understand the impactthe mobile phone have on us. In summary, the study shows that the mobile phone affects people.
