Abstract [sv]

Syftet med denna uppsats var att ur ett elevperspektiv undersöka och problematisera hur elevers förkunskaper kan tas tillvara i undervisningen inom ämnet engelska. Undersökningen baserades på kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer med åtta elever i år 9 samt fördjupningar i litteratur och styrdokument.
