Abstract [en]

The purpose of our study was to examine how three teachers and four students relate to the program "Fem myror" in teaching. We have been through qualitative interviews with two teachers and one special teacher received a detailed picture of how their literacy programs made in relation to the "Fem myror." Qualitative interviews have also been made with four students, a boy and three girls, in order to examine their attitude to the program. From educators’ interview answers, we think we can say that the theory and practice conform to what we read in the literature may be associated with what we observed during our time in the business. The study has shown that all teachers believe the program will be a good educational tool to take to read and write. However, they have embraced the series through different approach and the work they described themselves perform the program has received various degrees.

Abstract [sv]

Syftet med vår studie var att studera hur tre pedagoger och fyra elever förhåller sig till programserien ”Fem myror” i undervisningen. Vi har genom kvalitativa intervjuer med två lärare och en specialpedagog fått en ingående bild av hur deras läs- och skrivundervisning skett i relation till programmet ”Fem myror”. Kvalitativa intervjuer har även skett med fyra elever, en pojke och tre flickor, i syfte att undersöka deras inställning till programmet. Utifrån pedagogernas intervjusvar tycker vi oss kunna säga att teori och praktik stämmer överens genom att det vi läst i litteraturen kan knytas samman med vad vi observerat under vår tid ute i verksamheten. Studien har visat att samtliga pedagoger anser programmet vara ett bra pedagogisk hjälpmedel att ta till i läs- och skrivinlärningen. Dock har de tagit till sig serien genom olika förhållningssätt och det arbete som de beskrivit sig utföra med programmet har därigenom fått olika omfattningsgrad.
