Abstract [en]

The well-known conflicts and tensions between national constitutional or supreme courts and the EU Court of Justice has entered into a new phase since frequent violations of rule of law started to occur in some EU Member States, notably Poland and Hungary. However, there is now room for renewed cooperation.
