Abstract [en]

This paper discuss how low skilled work and work environment affect workers interest to participate in various forms of adult education. The paper reports from an ongoing empirical study on how work tasks and work environment can either increase or decrease an interest among low educated and lows skilled workers to participate in formal adult education. The study is part of a research project sponsored by the Swedish research council.
