E-bokföringsprogram är en växande marknad där företag kan sköta sin bokföring via webben.

Företaget Dispose tillhandahåller bland annat utskrift av fakturor där kunden kan föra över

sina fakturor till deras system som PDF:er som tas från bokföringssystemet.

Detta system vill de komplettera med automatisk koppling där fakturor från

e-bokföringsprogrammet e-conomic kan markeras och skickas iväg med post och/eller e-post

från ett gränssnitt utan någon manuell hantering av PDF-filer. Om tid finns vill de även jobba

med en djupare integration med e-conomic och möjlighet att även skicka e-fakturor som

betalas genom internetbank.

Resultatet blev ett grafiskt gränssnitt som kommunicerar med ett publikt API enligt klientservermodellen

skrivet i PHP med HTML/CSS och jQuery. Systemet ansluter till e-conomic

genom deras API och flyttar över fakturainformation till en MySQL-databas genom det

implementerade API:et som skrevs. En enkel serverapplikation flyttar som sen över

fakturainformationen till en annan MySQL-databas där arbetslistan för utskrifter finns.

Abstract [en]

E-bookkeeping software is a growing business where companies can make their accounting

using the web. The company Dispose provide printing of invoices as one of their services'

where the customer transfer their invoices using PDF-documents generated using the bookkeeping

software.

They want to extend this system now with a connection between the book-keeping system

e-conomic and their invoice printing system where invoices can be selected and printed

or/and sent with e-mail with an interface without any manual handling of PDF-files. If there's

any time left over they desire a deeper integration with e-conomic and ability to send invoices

using e-facturing that's paid straight in the internet bank.

The result consists of a graphical interface that communicates using a public API according to

the client-server model written in PHP with HTML/CSS and jQuery. The system connects to

e-conomic through their API and transfer invoice information to a MySQL database through

the implemented API that were written. A simple server application then moves the invoice

information to another MySQL database that contains the work queue for printing.
