Rapporten belyser vilka viktiga aspekter på byggarbetsplatsen som byggbranschen måste fokusera på för att få en tillfredställande arbetsmiljö. Undersökningen åskådliggör vilka olika ansvarsområden och schemalagda aktiviteter som bör finnas för en trivsam arbetsmiljö. Genom att som underlag studera vad lagar och förordningar säger, för att sedan intervjua de ansvariga för arbetsmiljöarbetet ute på byggarbetsplatserna, beskrivs vilka tillvägagångssätt som fungerar i det dagliga arbetet samt vad som borde utvecklas. Det viktigaste resultatet som framtagits i denna undersökning är vikten av att arbeta tillsammans ute på arbetsplatserna. Genom en systematisk och tydlig arbetsmiljöplanering förbättras trivseln för samtliga på arbetsplatsen. Planeringen måste involvera alla medarbetare och få alla att känna sig delaktiga i det dagliga arbetet för att ständigt förbättra arbetsmiljön.

The report elucidates which

aspects on the construction site the construction industry must focus on to get a satisfactory working environment. The survey illustrates the different responsibilities that should be present, and the key roles that must work for a pleasant working environment. By analyzing the laws and regulations as a basis, and then interview those responsible for environmental work at the construction sites, the report describes the approach that works in daily work and which components must be developed. The most important result that was found in this study is the importance of working together at the workplace through a systematic and clear work plan to improve job satisfaction for all in the workplace. The planning must involve all employees and make everyone feel part of the daily work to continuously improve the work environment.
