"Livsmedel som kan innebära en hälsorisk ska aldrig accepteras. Ett grundläggande krav är att ingen ska behöva drabbas av sjukdomar som till exempel salmonella genom att äta mat..."(pressmeddelande Jordbruksdepartementet 1999).
