Marie-Louise Danielsson-Tham har varit prefekt vid Institutionen för livsmedelshygien och är även gammal inspektor för VMF. Hon undervisade under sin "Stutis-tid" 2500 studenter i livsmedelhygien och är numer professor i samma ämne vid Örebro Universitet. Stundtals agerar Marie-Louise programledare och expert åt olika TV-kanaler, till exempel serien Rent Hus (TV4) och Sveriges Städmästare (SVT1)
