Critical examination of a child custody investigation (English)
Abstract [sv]

Syftet är att granska och klargöra utredningsmetodiken i en vårdnads-, boende- och umgängesutredning rörande två barn (8 respektive 14 år). Avsteg från uppdragets frågeställning görs i utredningen. Metodik som är partisk, icke-relevant och som saknar vetenskaplig underbyggnad har använts. Ett 40-tal metodfel och tankefel påvisas och specificeras i en avslutande förteckning.
