Abstract [sv]
Syftet är att granska utredningsmetodiken i ett fall, där en familjehemspappa anklagas för sexuella övergrepp på ett i hans familj placerat barn. En kritisk analys av polisförhör görs. En mängd metod- och tankefel påvisas eller antyds i utredningsmaterialet, t.ex. görs uppföljningsmissar i förhör och påvisas inte ett flertal klara motsägelser mellan uppgifter. Anklagelserna verkar ha uppkommit i samtal mellan en talpedagog och barnet.

A preliminary inquiry with police interrogations of a child is critically examined. Many errors in investigative methods and cognitive biases are shown.
